We decided to check out two of the new restaurants in town. Landon's Grill and Steak and Shake. Landon's Grill is family owned and located where Mooyah's used to be, near the Houston Swim club and Birkram Yoga. The place was very clean and the staff is very nice. We loved our food- had burgers and chicken strips. The kids loved their food and we did too. Best part? The second restaurant we decided to try upon opening was the new Steak and Shake, located in front of Macys in the Pearland Town Center. The food was yummy - the wait was not. There is a drive thru that is PACKED and the wait for a table inside is long too. That said.. the food and prices are great! We had salads and burgers and hotdogs- all yummy. The shakes were really yummy too. Best part? Kids eat free ALL WEEKEND LONG. One free kids meal per every 8.00 spent. They have diner hats for the kids and constructable classic cars for the kids too. It has a diner atmosphere and is not a fast food joint like we thought. There is a hostess, waitstaff and an eat-in bar. Try them out!
We ate at a Steak and Shake in Missouri and loved it! Great prices, delicious shake, and the kids loved those cars. We thought it was a counter service place too before we walked in. :)
